A bigger car for bigger groups
Seven or eight people need a proper people carrier. With one of our 7/8 seaters, the group stays together, the driver handles one pickup, and you pay one fixed fare. That is simpler than coordinating two cars, which often arrive at different times and take different routes.
We also recommend a 7 seater for smaller groups with a lot of luggage. Four or five people with large suitcases, golf bags or ski equipment usually travel more comfortably with the extra space.
Airport transfers for large families
Long-haul holidays mean big cases. Our 7 seaters carry grandparents, parents, children and luggage to the terminal in one trip. From Chessington, the run to Heathrow is typically 30 to 45 minutes, and to Luton usually 60 to 75 minutes via the M25 and M1. On the way home, the driver tracks your flight and waits in arrivals with a name board, so tired children are not left standing at the kerb.

Tips for booking a 7 seater
These vehicles are in demand at weekends, bank holidays and during school holidays, so book as early as you can. When you call, tell us the number of passengers, the number and size of bags, and any child seats you need. We will confirm the vehicle and fixed fare by email.
If your group is larger than eight, we can send two vehicles timed to arrive together. Just tell us the total number of travellers.
Travelling with older passengers
Many families book a 7 seater to take grandparents along on a trip. Please tell us if anyone needs help getting in and out of the car, or has a walking aid or folding wheelchair that needs to travel in the boot. That helps us choose the right vehicle and allow extra time at pickup. Your driver will help with luggage and make sure everyone is settled before setting off.
Ski trips and sports equipment
Skis, snowboards, golf bags and bicycles in bags all take up room. If your group is travelling with sports equipment, a 7/8 seater gives you far more space than a smaller car. Tell us exactly what you are bringing when you book, and we will confirm whether it fits or whether a second vehicle is needed.
