Choosing where to be picked up
Most customers are collected from home, but we can pick up from any address in our area: a station, an office, a hotel or a hospital entrance. If you are at a busy spot, such as a station forecourt or a town centre, tell us exactly where you will be waiting. Your driver will call if they cannot see you.

Our coverage map follows the roads rather than borough lines. Some of these places are in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, others in Surrey or the London Borough of Sutton, but they are all a short drive from our base, so pickups are quick.
