Booking and fares
Every journey with us is pre-booked, which is how private hire works. You can book by phone, by email or with the booking form on our pages. When you book, we agree a fixed fare. That fare covers the journey you describe, and it does not change if the driver meets traffic or takes a longer route.
If your plans change, for example you add a stop or an extra passenger, just let us know and we will confirm any change to the fare before you travel.
Airport journeys
For departures, we suggest a pickup time based on your flight and the typical traffic on the route. For arrivals, we track your flight and your driver adjusts to the real landing time. With meet and greet, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a board. Each of our airport pages, such as Chessington to Heathrow taxi, explains routes and typical journey times.
Airports charge vehicles for dropping off and picking up. Ask us when booking and we will confirm what your fixed fare includes.
Safety and licensing
We operate as a licensed private hire operator, and all journeys are pre-booked as the law requires. Our operator licence number is shown at the bottom of every page. If you have questions about our drivers, vehicles or insurance, please contact us and we will answer them.
Changes on the day
Plans change. If your flight is diverted, your train is cancelled or you need to leave earlier than expected, call us straight away on 020 3198 8497. We will do our best to adjust your booking. For airport pickups, we track your flight, so most delays are handled automatically without you needing to call. If you need to add a stop or change the number of passengers, tell us before the journey and we will confirm any change to the fare.
Children, pets and accessibility
Child seats are available on request, and for regular school journeys see our school run taxi page. Pets are welcome when booked in advance; read how it works on our pet friendly taxi page. If you have mobility needs, tell us when you book so we can send a suitable vehicle and allow extra time.
